Roos Web Design agrees to provide web design, development, hosting, and maintenance services as described in the proposal. The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback to complete the project in a timely manner.
Roos Web Design will adhere to the project timeline outlined in the proposal. Any delays caused by the client, including late submission of materials or delayed feedback, may result in an adjusted timeline.
The proposal includes a specific number of revisions based on the selected plan:
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at an hourly rate of R176.00.
Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the final website design and content. Roos Web Design retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio and marketing materials.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the project. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, marketing plans, and any non-public information shared by either party.
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. If the client terminates the project, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
Roos Web Design provides a 30 day warranty period post-launch for bug fixes and technical support. This warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party services, client modifications, or misuse.
Roos Web Design offers ongoing maintenance and support services as outlined in the proposal. These services are billed as part of the recurring fee, which is based on a 12-month contract and includes [details of services included in the retainer].
Roos Web Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website. The total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the project.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
